ABOUT US
GABRIEL MARIN
Founder & CEO
Mr. Marin arrived in the United States at the age of 18 in 1990. Before coming to the U.S., he worked in construction in his hometown of Mexico City. During this time, he discovered his passion for creating physical and tangible projects.

After settling in North Georgia, Mr. Marin worked for various renovation companies, where he continued to learn about the multifamily and renovation industries. In the process, he forged numerous long-lasting relationships with clients.

After leaving his previous employer, several of his previous clients continued to seek him out despite knowing he no longer worked for that company. This loyalty from his clients, combined with the support of his growing family, inspired him to start his own company. In 2009, Mr. Marin established KC & K RENOVATION LLC with a strong focus on client relationships.
OUR BRAND
COLOR AND GABLE
Blue and white were selected as the primary colors because blue symbolizes trust, loyalty, and professionalism, while white represents clarity, and simplicity. These qualities reflect the values Mr. Marin holds and the standards he aims to uphold in all operations of the company.
The company's logo features a shape that symbolizes a gable, the triangular section of a wall between the edges of intersecting roof pitches.
THREE LETTERS
The letters in the company's name represent the first initial of each of Mr. Marin's three children. He attributes much of his success to the support and inspiration of his family.
